Gyokeres came to Arsenal to be the answer and instead became the question—January can't come soon enough for either side.  •  Haaland's limping off is City's only real problem right now, because everything else looks like a cheat code on seven wins.  •  West Ham aren't messing about in the Championship—one point off the top and playing like they've got something to prove.  •  Arbeloa's got Fulham moving the right way if they can nick a win against Hull; the hard part starts now.  •  Wirtz created nine chances at Brentford and Liverpool still had to grind it out—that's the kind of performance that wins titles, not the scoreline.

Gyokeres Pushing for Arsenal Exit in January

Viktor Gyokeres is reportedly keen to leave Arsenal during the January transfer window, according to reporting by BBC Sport Football and the Mirror. The Swedish forward, 28, has struggled to establish himself since joining the club from Sporting CP for £63.5 million last summer.

Gyokeres has been severely limited for opportunities this season, accumulating just 56 Premier League minutes without registering a goal or assist. His lack of playing time under manager Mikel Arteta has prompted the forward to consider his future at the Emirates Stadium.

The Mirror reports that Arsenal's pursuit of Atlético Madrid's Julián Álvarez during the summer window may have further complicated Gyokeres' prospects. The Argentine striker ultimately chose Barcelona over a move to north London, leaving the door open for Arsenal to renew their interest in January. Should Álvarez arrive, Gyokeres' pathway to regular football would appear significantly diminished.

According to TeamTalk, Atlético Madrid remains a potential destination for Gyokeres should he depart Arsenal. The Spanish club previously expressed interest in the forward during summer discussions.
